Bad Phase is Temporary

It is true that all of us prefer to pereive our idols to emerge as victorious, in whichver way they can. Well, this idea in no way a new one and has been common down the ages. What is the chief reason? It is nothing except that through their victories we do cherish and consider them as our personal victories, due to our supports wholeheartedly. This had been also the same concept of the relationship between the general spectators and the players in the bygone ages, especially in the tennis world. Now if you are a true admirer of tennis you may be disheartened to note the series of failures of the tennis stars of the present like Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. There is no doubt in it that both of these two have failed to win a tournament hitherto in spite of a good efforts. But their admirers, thoughout the globe, are in no way ready to be gratified. There is also another aspect which we are trying to overlook. It's just that other players have raised their game in tournaments which has seen them come out on top.

Of these two, throughtout the year, Novak Djokovic has been the star. He has been able to win a major tournament season in Australia and also the prestigous event at Indian Wells. However he is not the only player who has been successful by winning two tournaments in 2008. In this regard both of Andy Murray and Michael Llodra have had success twice this season. Other than this so called army of youngsters, wildcards and qualifiers are also doing exceptionally well this year. Kei Nishikori of IJapan, the unsung early season winners is also one of them, displaying the the quality of men’s tennis. Well, the situation is also the same with Rafael Nadal who is yet to win any such major tournament. But he was able to be semi-finalist in both of Australia and Indian Wells. This on no account states that Nadal is out of form and is on the verge of end. It may be that both of them are investing strength for major expoilts in the prominent tournaments in the whole world. So, it is not fair to be in despair, but be ready to witness their glorious exploits in the major tournaments round the globe.
